远视性弱视儿童视网膜神经节细胞明视负波研究
Research of the PhNR in children with hypermetropic amblyopia
【摘要】 目的研究远视性弱视儿童在18组不同颜色和强度的背景光和刺激光下视网膜明视负波(Photopicnegative response,PhNR)的反应。方法对32例(41只眼)远视性弱视儿童和18例(18只眼)正常儿童进行明视负波检查,记录PhNR的振幅和潜伏期,并对结果进行比较分析。结果弱视组和对照组PhNR振幅,在亮度为40cd/m2蓝色背景光、3cd.s/m2的红色刺激光下,分别为52.85±12.91μv和44.59±10.67μv,P=0.021;在亮度为30cd/m2白色背景光、7cd.s/m2的绿色刺激光下,分别为65.09±16.24μv和52.84±11.20μv,P=0.005;而在其它不同亮度、颜色背景光和刺激光共16组组合下,弱视组和对照组PhNR振幅差别无统计学意义,P>0.05。上述18组光线组合下,弱视组和对照组PhNR潜伏期均无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论远视性弱视儿童视网膜神经节细胞对特定强度和颜色的刺激光敏感。
【Abstract】 Objective To assess the Photopic negative response(PhNR) in 18 groups of different background and stimulation lights with different intension and color in normal children and children with hypermetropic amblyopia.Mehtods PhNR was performed on 32 children(41 amblyopic eyes) with hypermetropic amblyopia and 18 normal children(18 eyes).The amplitude and wave latency of PhNR were recorded and analyzed.Results The PhNR amplitude in a wave of red flashes(stimulus intenstie of 3cd·s/m2) on a blue background(1uminance of 40cd/m2)was 52.85±12.91μv and 44.59±10.67μv,respectively in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control cases with difference(P=0.021);The PhNR amplitude in a wave of green flashes(stimulus intenstie of 7cd·s/m2) on a white background(1uminance of 30cd/m2) was 65.09±16.24 μv and 52.84±11.20μv,respectively in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control cases with a significant difference(P=0.005);There was no significant difference in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control cases in other wave(P>0.05).And there was no significant difference in wave latency of PhNR in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control eyes(P>0.05).Conclusions The retinal ganglion cells in children with hypermetropic amblyopia are sensitive to some lights of a certain colour and intension.
