【摘要】 目的分析青少年型青光眼的临床特点及治疗效果。方法对2002年1月至2009年12月我院收治的32例(64只眼)青少年型青光眼病人的临床表现、治疗情况进行回顾性研究。结果青少年型青光眼的男女比例为2.2:1,就诊时平均年龄为20.18±6.35岁。眼压<30mmHg者占28.13%,眼压30~40mmHg者占59.38%,眼压>40mmHg(12.50%)。C/D值<0.6者占18.75%,0.6~0.8者占50%,>0.8者占31.25%,已有视野损害者占78.12%,术后视力提高者占67.19%,无变化者占23.44%,视力下降者占9.38%。术后眼压<10mmHg者占23.44%,10~21mmHg者占56.25%,21~30mmHg者占20.31%。结论青少年型青光眼症状轻微,发现时大多为中晚期,临床工作中应对可疑患者详细检查及早诊断,对已明确诊断的患者应早期手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyses the clinical appearance and the treatment effect of juvenile glaucoma.Methods With retrospective study,we evaluated the clinical appearance and treatment were conducted on 32 patients(64 eyes) with juvenile glaucoma.Results In all patients the ratio of male to female was 2.2:1.There are 28.13% cases IOP were between 21~30mmHg,59.38% cases IOP were between 30~40mmHg,while there were 12.50% patients with IOP higher than 40mmHg.The C/D ratios were between 0.3~0.6 in 18.75% cases.The C/D ratios were greater than 0.6 in 50.00% cases and greater than 0.8 in 31.25% cases.After operation,visual acuity improved in 43 eyes(67.19%),no change in 15 eyes(23.44%),worse in 6 eyes(9.38%).The IOP of 15 eyes(23.44%) were lower than 10mmHg,36 eyes(56.25%) were between 10~21mmHg,13 eyes(20.31%) were between 21~30mmHg.Conclusions Juvenile glaucoma is a disease with slight symptoms,advanced damages to ocularfundus and visual fields were happened when diagnosed in most of the patients.Therefore it is important to detect juvenile glaucoma earlier.Operation should be run soon after diagnose.更多还原
