茶多酚对氧化应激仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 采用Diquat诱导仔猪氧化应激,考察茶多酚(TP)对应激仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响。将36头28日龄仔猪按体重相近原则分为3组,每组12头,分别用TP含量为0、500、1 000 mg/kg的日粮预试14 d后,再将每组分成应激组(注射10 mg/kg.BW的Diquat)与非应激组(注射等量生理盐水),饲喂7 d。结果表明:注射Diquat可极显著降低仔猪ADG和ADFI(P<0.01)、升高F/G(P<0.01),提高血液CD8+细胞比例(P<0.01)、降低CD4+细胞及CD4+/CD8+(P<0.01),降低血清IgA(P<0.05)和IgG、IgM(P>0.05),升高血清INF-γ、IL-2(P>0.05)、降低IL-4(P>0.05);而添加TP使应激仔猪的ADG和ADFI升高(P<0.01)、F/G降低(P<0.05),CD4+细胞比例及CD4+/CD8+升高(P<0.01),血清IgG、IgA和IgM升高(P>0.05),IL-2和IL-4提高(P>0.05)、INF-γ下降(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,氧化应激降低仔猪生长性能和免疫功能,添加TP能缓解应激对仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的抑制。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary tea polyphenol(TP) on growth performance and immune function of weaned piglets challenged with oxidative stress caused by diquat.Thirty-six 28-day-old piglets were randomly allotted into three groups with 12 piglets each.Piglets in three treatments were firstly fed with basal diet supplemented with 0,500 and 1000 mg/kg TP for 14 days,respectively,and then half of the piglets in each group were challenged with diquat(10 mg/kg BW) while the others were injected with physiological saline in the same volume followed with feeding the same diet for the other 7 days.The results showed that injection of diquat significantly impaired the growth performance of piglets for the decreased the ADG and ADFI as well as increased F/G(P<0.01),while supplementing TP alleviated the negative effects of diquat on growth performance(P<0.01 or P<0.05).In addition,the TP supplementation prevented the reduction of blood CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratio,serum IgA,IgG,,IgM and IL-4 levels as well as the elevation of serum INF-γinduced by diquat challenging(P<0.01,P>0.05 and P<0.05,respectively).However,the TP addition didn’t back the higher blood CD8+ and serum IL-2 to normal contents(P<0.01 and P>0.05).In conclusion,the impaired growth performance and immune functions of weaned piglets caused by oxidative stress can be alleviated by TP supplementation.
