【摘要】 目的了解某院医院感染现患率的情况及相关危险因素,为医院感染管理提供参考依据。方法通过整群抽样方法,对该医院内外科住院病人医院感染现患率分别进行了横断面调查和分析。结果本次实际调查病例1 035例,发生医院感染39例,44例次,现患率3.77%,例次现患率为4.25%。内科系统共581例病人,医院感染现患率为3.27%;外科系统共454例病人,医院感染现患率为4.41%。在39例医院感染病例中,呼吸道感染占66.67%。结论该医院住院病人医院感染现患率外科系统高于内科系统,感染发生率与病人的基础病和抗菌药物的使用密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the status and correlating risk factors of hospital infection prevalence rate,so as to provide reference for hospital infection management.Methods Sampling method was used to investigate prevalence rate of patients in medicine and surgery units.Results There were 1 305 clinical cases surveyed,and with 39 infection cases and 44 times,the prevalence rate was 3.77%,the times rate was 4.25%.There are 581 cases in physical system,the prevalence rate was 3.27%.There were 454 cases in surgical system,the prevalence rate was 4.41%.Infection rate of lower respiratory tract was 66.67% in 39 hospital infection cases.Conclusion The infection rate of physical system was higher than surgical system.Hospital infection was closely related to the use of antibiotics in patients and fundamental factors of patients.更多还原
