【摘要】 目的观察中药苍术烟熏剂熏蒸法对医院室内空气消毒效果。方法采用平板沉降法进行采样和培养,对苍术烟熏剂的消毒效果进行了现场消毒试验。结果在关闭门窗的房间内,以5 g/m3的中药苍术烟熏剂点燃30min燃尽,在熏蒸2h后可使室内空气中细菌总数由消毒前的477 cfu/m3降低到41 cfu/m3;4 h后,细菌总数有所回升,但仍保持在81 cfu/m3。在相同条件下,开启紫外线灯照射60 min,2 h后室内空气中细菌总数由消毒前的486cfu/m3降低到89 cfu/m3;4 h后,细菌总数回升至338 cfu/m3。结论中药苍术烟熏剂熏蒸对室内空气中细菌具有一定杀灭效果,且优于紫外线照射法的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe indoor air disinfection efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation of rhizome atractylodis.Methods Natural sinking method was used to sample to evaluate the field disinfection efficacy of rhizome atractylodis.Results When the windows and doors are closed,5 g/m3 rhizome atractylodis fumigants was burned through in 30 min,after fumigation for 2 h,the bacterium total of the indoor air was reduced from 477 cfu/m3 to 41 cfu/m3;after 4 h,the bacterium total rise,but still maintained at 81 cfu/m3.Under the same condition,opens the ultraviolet lamp for 60 min,after 2 h the bacterium total in the air was reduced from 486 cfu/m3 to 89 cfu/m3;after 4 h,bacterium total rise to 338 cfu/m3.Conclusion Rhizome atractylodis fumigation technique has certainly effect to the indoor air disinfection,and the effect is better than the ultraviolet ray illumination.更多还原
