【摘要】 目的应用六西格玛质量管理体系,对外来骨科手术器械清洗工作进行科学管理。方法通过目测法和隐血试验法,对应用该管理体系的外来骨科器械清洗质量进行评价。结果通过该质量管理体系的定义、测量、分析、改进、控制等管理步骤,使外来骨科手术器械清洗合格率从82.5%提高至99.6%;隐血试验阳性率从18.5%下降至0.18%。结论六西格玛质量管理体系管理严密,可确保外来骨科手术器械清洗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To scientific manage outside bone surgery set cleaning by using six Sigma quality management system.Method Ocular estimation and occult blood test were used to evaluate the effects of six Sigma quality management system on outside bone surgery set cleaning.Result After the definition、measurement、analysis、improvement and control of the quality management system,the eligible of rate outside bone surgery set cleaning was enhanced from 82.5% to 99.6%,and the positive rate of blood test was decreased from 18.5% to 0.18%.Conclusion Six Sigma quality management system was strict and could ensure outside bone surgery set cleaning quality.更多还原
