【摘要】 目的观察4种消毒剂对分枝杆菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对季铵盐、乙醇、异丙醇、过氧乙酸等消毒剂进行了实验室观察。结果在常温下,用含体积分数45%乙醇或异丙醇对悬液内龟分枝杆菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用含400 mg/L过氧乙酸对悬液内龟分枝杆菌作用2.5 min,平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用含400 mg/L苯扎溴铵对悬液内龟分枝杆菌作用20 min,基本无杀灭作用。两种醇类消毒剂和过氧乙酸均随有效浓度的增加,作用时间的延长,杀灭效果逐渐递增。结论醇类消毒剂和过氧乙酸均可在低于常规使用浓度下能有效杀灭悬液内分枝杆菌,但较低浓度季铵盐类消毒剂对分枝杆菌基本没有杀灭作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to observe the efficacy of four disinfectants to Mycobacterium.Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test were carried out to observe germicidal efficacy of quaternary ammonium compounds,ethanol,isopropanol and peracetic acid.Results At normal temperature,the average killing logarithm exposed to the solution containing 45%(v/v) ethanol or isopropanol for 0.5 min were above 4.00.The average killing logarithm exposed to the solution containing peracetic acid 400 mg/L for 2.5 min were above 4.00.The solution containing benzalkonium bromide 400 mg/L for 20 min did not have germicidal efficacy.With the increasing concentration and contact time,the killing efficacy of alcohol disinfectants and peracetic acid increased.Conclusion The disinfectants of alcohol disinfectants and peracetic acid can effectively kill Mycobacterium in suspension at lower concentration.And low concentration of quaternary ammonium compounds had no germicidal efficacy to Mycobacterium.更多还原
