【摘要】 目的了解上海市某城区医疗机构使用中消毒剂污染情况,为加强消毒剂管理和制定管理措施提供科学依据。方法在使用现场采集各医疗机构使用中消毒剂,对采集的消毒剂进行污染菌检测。结果该区医疗机构使用的消毒剂主要有含氯消毒剂、含碘消毒剂、醛类消毒剂和醇类消毒剂等。共采集各类消毒剂样品1 901份,其卫生质量总平均合格率为96.58%,均未检出致病菌。在62件消毒剂样品中检出条件致病菌13个种属70株,检出率为4.54%。结论上海某城区医疗机构使用中消毒剂的管理和使用均比较规范,其卫生质量合格率较高,但仍存在部分污染超标现象,应有针对性地加强薄弱环节管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know contamination of disinfectant in using of medical institutions in Shanghai,in order to strengthen the management and provide a scientific basis to development the management of disinfectants.Method Field sampling of the using disinfectants and testing the contaminated bacteria from disinfectant.Results There are chlorine disinfectant,iodine-containing disinfectants,aldehydes and alcohols disinfectants and other disinfectants used in medical institutions of this area.1 901 samples were collected from various types of disinfectants,the qualified rate was 96.58%.Pathogens were not detected out.13 species and 70 strain pathogens were detected out in the 62 disinfectant samples,and the detection rate of 4.54%.Conclusion In medical institutions in Shanghai,the management and use of disinfectants are within standardized.There are still some bacterial pollution.It should strengthen the management.更多还原
