使用中二氧化氯溶液实际浓度测定方法的研究

【摘要】 目的研究稳定性二氧化氯溶液稀释后使用中二氧化氯实际浓度的测定方法。方法采用分光光度法,对活化并稀释后的二氧化氯使用液中次氯酸根、亚氯酸根、氯酸根和二氧化氯含量分别进行测定,同时与丙二酸测定结果作比较。结果用分光光度法测定使用液中二氧化氯浓度,氯酸根对二氧化氯测定结果不产生干扰。当pH值>3.56时,在359 nm~500 nm波长范围内,亚氯酸根对二氧化氯测定结果不产生干扰;当pH值为2.00~8.30时,次氯酸根在375 nm~500 nm波长范围内无吸收峰,对二氧化氯测定结果不产生干扰。结论采用分光光度法对活化后或稀释液中二氧化氯使用液实际二氧化氯浓度测定时,无需添加掩蔽剂,可直接在375 nm处进行测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the determination method of the actual concentration of ClO2 in the using liquid which was diluted by activated stabilized chlorine dioxide solution.Methods Spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of hypochlorite(ClO-(Cl2)),chlorite(ClO-2),chlorate(ClO-3)and chlorine dioxide in the using liquid which was diluted by activated stabilized chlorine dioxide solution.Then results were compared with the measurement results with malonate as a masking reagent.Results The chlorate(ClO-3) did not interfere with determination of the actual concentration of ClO2 in using liquid.When the pH value was higher than 3.56,chlorite(ClO-2) did not interfere with the determination in the range from 359 nm to 500 nm;when the range of pH was from 2.00 to 8.30,hypochlorite(ClO-) has no absorption in the range from 375 nm to 500 nm and did not interfere with the determination.Conclusion The actual concentration of ClO2 in using liquid that diluted by activated stabilized chlorine dioxide solution can be measured directly at 375 nm without adding masking reagent.
