【摘要】 目的观察过氧乙酸消毒液对天然矿泉水卫生指标菌的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌方法进行了实验室观察。结果用浓度为100 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒液对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌、粪链球菌和产气荚膜梭菌作用3 m in,或用200 mg/L过氧乙酸作用1 m in,杀灭对数值均>5.0,即可达到完全杀灭。结论较低浓度的过氧乙酸消毒液可快速杀灭悬液内铜绿假单胞菌、粪链球菌、产气荚膜梭菌,达到对天然矿泉水卫生标准中新增三种指标菌消毒要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid to hygiene indicator bacteria in the standard of drinking natural mineral water.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to evaluate the germicidal efficacy.Results The germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Fecal streptococcus and Clostridium perfringens were carried out.The result showed that when the concentration of peracetic acid was 100 mg/L and the action time was 3 min or when the concentration was 200 mg/L and the action time was 1 min,the killing log value could be above 5.0.It means that the pathogens could be completely killed.Conclusions Peracetic acid could kill P.aeruginosa,F.streptococcus and C.perfringens effectively at low concentration in short time,and could meet the demand of the germicidal efficacy of new hygiene indicator bacteria in the standard of drinking natural mineral water.更多还原
