【摘要】 目的了解杭州市某城区2007-2009年传染病疫点消毒工作情况,并对消毒工作质量及其效果作出评价。方法通过现场调查和采样检测的方法,对该区疫点消毒工作及其消毒效果进行了评价。结果 2007-2009年,该区共开展疫点消毒工作29次,消毒处理合格率为65.2%。不同疫点消毒方式消毒效果无区别,检测对象消毒处理合格率为88.6%,卫生洁具类消毒处理合格率较低。结论该城区很好地开展了疫点消毒工作,消毒质量较高,但疫点内关键物品即卫生洁具消毒效果有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the disinfection situation of epidemic site and evaluate the quality and efficacy of the disinfection. Methods Field investigation and sampling examination were used to carry out the evaluation of the quality and efficacy of the disinfection in the district. Results The qualified rate of disinfection was 65.2% for 29 times of disinfection at epidemic sites during 2007-2009.There was no significant difference between the different epidemic sites and the different methods.The average qualified rate of disinfection for different objectives was 88.6% and that for sanitary ware was the lowest. Conclusion Disinfection of epidemic site in the district is well carried out,but the disinfection efficacy of sanitary ware needs to be improved.更多还原
