【Abstract】 Health policy refers to plans,actions that are mapped by government and other organizations to influence medical services and to improve national health.With social progress,health has been a sign of social development.The scope of health policy has extended from health services to social environment characteristics."Towards health in all policies" will offer a field of choices of health policy.We will face some new challenges on the design and implementation of health policy,for example,heath right and government responsibility;policy coordinate and sectors collaboration;harmonious development between social investment and national health,etc.These require further improving on policy models and institutional system.更多还原
