弘扬哲学思想,开创中国特色健康食品
To Develop Health Food with Chinese Characteristic by Carrying Forward Yin Yang Philosophy
【摘要】 "阴阳五行"学说是中华优秀哲学思想,在医药上应用,产生了伟大的中医药理论。笔者将"阴阳五行"学说应用于食物营养与食品加工技术等领域,以期创造适合不同体质人群的中国特色食品。
【Abstract】 The theory of yin yang and 5 elements was the excellent philosophy of China and its application in medicine gave birth to the great theory of traditional Chinese medicines.For the first time,the authors used it to in the fields of food nutrition and food processing technology,with the aim of creating different foods with Chinese characteristics suitable for people of different physiques.
