【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者血清瘦素含量的变化及其在妊高征发病中的意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法(R IA)测定50例妊高征患者(HDP组,其中妊娠期高血压组12例,轻度子痫前期组20例,重度子痫前期组18例)、50例正常晚孕妇女(对照组)患者血清瘦素。结果 HDP组的血清瘦素值(24.23±7.94)μg/L显著高于对照组(10.12±3.15)μg/L(P<0.001),以子痫前期组增高明显。结论血清瘦素水平与妊高征的发生和病情程度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate changes of serum leptin in the pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) women and study the relationship between the leptin levels and PIH.Method The levels of serum leptin were measured with radioimmunoassay(RIA) in 50 PIH women,including hypertensive states in pregnancy women group(12 cases),mild preeclampsia group(20 cases) and severe preeclampsia group(18 cases) and 34 healthy persons as the control group.Result The serum levels of leptin in PIH group(24.23±7.94)μg/L were significantly higher than those in the control group(10.12±3.15)μg/L(P<0.001);the levels of serum leptin in mild preeclampsia group were obviously higher than those of in the other groups.Conclusion The serum level of leptin is closely related with the occurence and severity of PIH.It is a sensitive parameter to accurately judge the patient’s condition.更多还原
