【摘要】 目的探讨医源性胆管损伤的原因及处理方法。方法回顾总结陕西省人民医院1997-2010年间收治的18例胆管损伤病人的临床资料。结果全部病例均为胆囊切除术后,胆管损伤发生于肝总管及以上部位,经过1次或1次以上手术治疗后痊愈,随访1～5年无胆管狭窄。结论医源性胆管损伤发生后及时正确处理是改善预后的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons and treatment of iatrogenic bile duct injury.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with bile duct injury treated from 1997 to 2010 in People’s Hospital of Shanxi Province were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients were performed cholecystectomy complicated with bile duct injury above the common hepatic duct.All patients were cured by one or more than one operations.No bile duct stricture occurred during the follow up period of 1-5 years.Conclusion The key to improve the prognosis of bile duct injury is prevention and treatment in proper time and in correct way.更多还原
