【Abstract】 It is generally accepted that college English teaching and reform must be guided by social needs.On the basis of an investigation,this paper analyzes the market needs and the graduates’ expectations for college English teaching and learning.It also discusses the strong as well as the weak points in present college English teaching.Finally,suggestions on how to meet the employment market needs are provided for college English teaching and reform.更多还原
