【摘要】 目的:研究以乙醇为溶剂提取中药溃疡宁的最佳工艺条件。方法:通过单因素实验研究各因素对提取率的影响确定最佳提取小檗碱的工艺,应用正交试验优化中药溃疡宁喷雾剂工艺条件。结果:醇提法的最佳工艺是水煎煮2次,加水量分别为药材总量的2.0倍,煎煮时间均为2h,醇沉3次。结论:将中药溃疡宁组方制成喷雾剂是可行的,其有待成为一种新型的更有效的治疗口腔溃疡的制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the best technological conditions of drawing Kuiyangning of TCM taking ethanol as solvent.Methods:The best craft of drawing berberine was ensured through one-factor experimental design studying the impact of all factors to the extraction ratio.The technological conditions of Kuiyangning spray of TCM were optimized by orthogonal test.Results:The optimum technology of alcohol formulation,the medicinal materials were boiled for 2 times,the amount of water added were 2.0 times of the total amount of medicinal materials.The decoction time was both 2 hours,alcohol sinked for three times.Conclusion:The method of making Kuiyangning of TCM into spray is feasible.It remains to become a kind of new-style,more effective preparation of treating canker sores.更多还原
