【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性中耳炎鼓室成形术的护理措施,提供术前、术后优质护理及健康教育。方法:回顾分析75例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的临床资料,总结有效护理措施。结果:75例患者中74例治愈,1例好转。结论:术前充分的心理护理、健康教育、全麻术前准备,术后严密的病情观察、伤口护理、疼痛护理及出院健康指导是保持术后耳道干燥、听力提高的重要因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the nursing procedure of tympanoplasty,and provide a good care and health instruction for the surgery.Methods:The clinical data of severty-five cases suffered from chronic otitis media and treated with tympanoplasty were interviewed.Summary effective nursing measures.Results:Severty-four cases were cured and one case was improved in 75 cases.Conclusion:A surfficient pre-surgery mental nursing and health education,well preparation for general anesthesia,a deliberate post-surgery observation including wound and pain care,as well as health instruction are important factors for postoperative hearing improvement and ear canal drying.更多还原
