【摘要】 目的:观察补肾活血化痰法组方中药对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清脂联素(adiponectin,APN)、抵抗素(resistin,RST)水平变化的影响。方法:将90例PCOS患者随机分为3组,中药治疗组30例,采用补肾活血化痰法中药治疗;中西药治疗组30例,采用补肾活血化痰法中药+西药(达英-35+二甲双胍)治疗,对照组30例,采用达英-35+二甲双胍治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察治疗前后患者血清脂联素、抵抗素的变化。结果:治疗后3组脂联素水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义,中西药治疗组治疗后脂联素水平比治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后3组抵抗素水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义,中西药治疗组抵抗素水平比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血化痰中药可以改善PCOS患者脂代谢状况,中药联合达英-35、二甲双胍更能有效改善脂肪细胞因子达到治疗PCOS的疗效,治疗效果优于单纯使用中药或西药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of tonifying kidney activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm for the changes of serum adiponcetin(APN) and resistin(RST) of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Ninety cases of patients with PCOS were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with tonifying kidney activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm method,30 cases of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were treated with tonifying kidney activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm medicine and western medicine(Diane-35+ metformin),30 cases of control group were treated with Diane-35 and metformin,all the patients were treated for three menstrual cycles,then the changes of serum adiponcetin and resistin before and after the treatment were observed.Results:The adiponcetin of three groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,there were significant differences,adiponcetin of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group after the treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The resistin of three groups after the treatment were lower than those before treatment,there were significant differences,resistin of raditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The onifying kidney activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm medicine can significantly improve lipid metabolism status,traditional Chinese medicine combined with Diane-35 and metformin can effectively improve adipose cell cytokine and reach effect of PCOS,the effect is better than only using traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine.更多还原
