【摘要】 目的:探讨经阴道分娩初产妇在分娩过程中不同角度会阴侧切的效果。方法:抽取经阴道分娩初产妇250例,随机分为两组,每组125例。胎儿娩出期,对照组采用传统的45°角行会阴侧切,观察组采用30°角会阴侧切,术后两组产妇皆用强生肠线皮内缝合。术后观察产妇的伤口疼痛情况及愈合情况。结果:观察组产妇产后1～3d会阴肿胀、疼痛情况比对照组轻,伤口Ⅰ、Ⅱ期愈合率为98.4%;而对照组疼痛较明显,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期愈合率为92.8%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:施行30°会阴侧切,可减轻术后伤口肿胀疼痛,降低伤口感染,提高伤口愈合率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the vaginal delivery during childbirth in early maternal different angles the effect of episiotomy.Methods:Approach taken by vaginal delivery early maternal 250 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each 125 cases.Fetus stage,the control group used the traditional 45° angle line episiotomy,observation group were given 30° angle episiotomy,two groups of puerpera were sutured using intradermal Johnson catgut after operation.Observed maternal postoperative wound pain and healing conditions.Results:The group of puerpera 1-3 days postpartum perineal swelling,pain,were more light than that in the control group,wound stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ healing rate was 98.4%;while the control group pain was obvious,Ⅰ,Ⅱ healing rate was 92.8%,two-phase ratio,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:30° episiotomy implemented can reduce postoperative wound pain,swelling,decrease wound infection and improve wound healing rate.更多还原
