【摘要】 目的:探讨门诊药物咨询能否为临床合理用药提供帮助,解答患者用药的疑问。方法:收集整理2009～2010年1200例门诊药物咨询资料,对咨询内容进行分类整理与分析。结果:咨询内容以药物的用法用量(28.0%)最多,咨询的药物中以心血管方面用药(24.0%)为多。结论:门诊药物咨询是临床药学工作的重要内容,有助于加强医患和临床药师之间的沟通,提高患者用药的依从性,促进合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss whether the outpatient drug consultation will be able to supply the help in the clinical pharmaceutical care and to reply to a question of the drug usage in outpatients.Methods:One thousand and two hundred cases were analyzed from 2009 to 2010 and compared retrospectively.Results:Dosage and administration were the most frequent subject(28.0%) in classification of drug consultation.The most frequent consulted drug was cardiovascular drug(24.0%) .Conclusion:The drug consultation service is an important form of clinical pharmaceutical care.It is the way in improving communication among clinical pharmacists and in promoting the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care and the obedience of drug usage in outpatients.更多还原
