【摘要】 目的:通过与传统开放手术比较,探讨后腹腔镜下根治性肾切除治疗肾癌的效果及价值。方法:选取本院2006年1月～2011年1月收治的96例肾癌患者,分为对照组和观察组,各48例,对照组采用传统开腹手术,观察组采用后腹腔镜下根治术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:近期与远期疗效观察组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术时间对照组短于观察组,而术中出血、术后进食时间、术后下床活动时间、术后止痛剂使用率、住院时间和并发症等观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜下根治性肾切除治疗肾癌能够减少出血量和并发症,缩短住院时间,同时能确保治疗效果,具有传统手术所不具备的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare with traditional open surgery to explore the retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for kidney cancer effect and value.Methods:Our hospital in January 2006 to January 2011 treated 96 cases of renal cell carcinoma patients and divided into control group and observation group,each group of 48 cases,control group was used by traditional open surgery,the observation group made with laparoscopic,the therapeutic effect in the two groups were compared.Results:Immediate and long-term efficacy and control groups was no difference(P>0.05);Operation time shorter than the observation group,while blood loss,postoperative feeding time,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative analgesic utilization,hospitalization and complications such as the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for kidney cancer can reduce the amount of bleeding and complications,shorter hospital stay,while ensuring the treatment with traditional surgery do not have the advantage.更多还原
