【摘要】 目的:探讨腹部非胃手术后胃瘫的中西医结合治疗。方法:对20例腹部非胃手术后胃瘫患者在常规西医治疗基础上,从鼻肠营养管或胃管注入中药和胃理气汤约30ml,每日3次。结果:20例均痊愈,治疗时间7～25d,平均14.3d,治疗后正常胃电节律明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),1～2年内随访18例,均饮食正常,症状无复发。结论:腹部非胃手术胃瘫治疗应以中西医结合治疗,并注重心理治疗的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of gastroparesis of non gastric abdominal postsurgical.Methods:Chose 20 gastroparesis cases of non gastric abdominal postsurgical,on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine,injected traditional Chinese medicine Heweiliqi decoction,about 30 ml,3 times a day into the nasal enteral nutrition tube or gastrostomy tube.Results:20 patients were cured,treatment time was 7-25 d,the average 14.3 d,after treatment the normal gastric electric rhythm was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01),1-2 years follow-up in 18 patients,all normal diet,symptoms without recurrence.Conclusion:Gastroparesis of non gastric abdominal postoperative should be treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and pay attention to the role of psychotherapy.更多还原
