【摘要】 目的:探讨青年女性低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤的临床病理特点,以提高临床对本病的认识。方法:回顾性分析13例青年女性低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤临床、B超、病理及免疫组化的特点。结果:13例青年女性低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤9例术前临床诊断为子宫肌瘤,2例为子宫肌腺病,2例为子宫内膜息肉,术后病理诊断均为低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤。结论:年轻女性低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤术前在临床上与发生在子宫的其他肿瘤难以鉴别,容易误诊、漏诊,确诊需病理及免疫组化标记。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the young female low-grade malignant endometrial interstitial sarcoma to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods:The clinic,B ultrasonic,pathology and immunohistochemical characteristics of 13 cases young women low-grade malignant endometrial interstitial sarcoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In the 13 cases of young female low-grade malignant endometrial interstitial sarcoma,9 cases were preoperativly clinical diagnozed as uterine fibroids,2 cases of uterine muscle adenopathy,2 cases of endometrial polyps,postoperative pathologic diagnosis were low-grade malignant endometrial interstitial sarcoma.Conclusion:It is difficult to identify the difference between young women low-grade malignant endometrial interstitial sarcoma preoperative clinical with other tumors which happened in the womb,it is easy to be misdiagnosed,diagnose pathological and immunohistochemical to mark.更多还原
