【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色超声对阑尾炎的临床诊断价值。方法:对238例阑尾炎患者用4.0MHz低频探头检测阑尾区后,再改用7.0MHz高频探头反复扫描阑尾区,并以阑尾形态结构和超声显像表现为基础进行分析。结果:回顾分析本院238例阑尾炎患者中,彩色超声诊断阑尾炎208例,准确率为87.68%。结论:彩色超声诊断阑尾炎有较高临床诊断及鉴别诊断价值,能够提供直观和科学的手术依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical value of Ultrasound on appendicitis. Methods: 238 patients with appendicitis were detected with color Doppler ultrasound with low-frequency (4.0 MHz) and high-frequency (7.0 MHz), then analyzed with appendicitis structure and Ultrasound image. Results: In reviewing the analysis of 238 patients suffered from appendicitis in our hospital, there were 208 patients diagnosed by Ultrasound, the accuracy rate was 87.68%. Conclusion: The clinical and differential value of Ultrasound in diagnosing appendicitis is relatively affirmed. It provides objective and scientific ground for surgery.更多还原
