【摘要】 目的:评价齐拉西酮对精神分裂症的疗效和依从性。方法:将160例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,用徐州恩华制药股份有限公司的齐拉西酮治疗80例,用西安扬森公司的利培酮(维思通)治疗80例,盘氏量表(PANSS)及太氏量表(TESS)评定临床疗效和副反应。结果:齐拉西酮组有效率为95.0%,显效率为72.5%;利培酮组有效率为95.1%,显效率为75.0%。两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但齐拉西酮组比利培酮组依从性好。结论:齐拉西酮是一种安全有效且副作用较轻的治疗精神分裂症新药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of ziprasidone and its compliance to schizophrenia.Methods:160 schizophrenia patients were divided into ziprasidone group 80 cases and risperidone group 80 cases randomly,the ziprasidone group was used the schizophrenia made by Xuzhou Enhua Pharmacy Co.,Ltd.,and the risperidone group was used the risperidone made by Xi’an yangsen Pharmacy Co.,Ltd.Used PANSS and TESS to assess the clinical curative effect and untoward reaction in clinic.Results:The excellence rate of ziprasidone group was 95.0%,the marked improvement rate was 72.5%;while the risperidone group was 95.1%,75.0%.The two groups had the similar curative effect,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Ziprasidone had a better compliance than risperidone.Conclusion:Ziprasidone is a new kind of antipsychotic drug which is safe,effective and has less side effects.更多还原
