【摘要】 目的:观察乙酰谷酰胺、甘露醇联合应用治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、平行对照试验,将78例颈性眩晕患者分成两组,对照组40例,复方丹参片2片每天3次口服,盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5～10mg,每晚1次口服,静脉滴注肌苷注射液。试验组38例,在对照组基础上,加用乙酰谷酰胺、甘露醇静脉滴注治疗,两组疗程均为1周。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗1周后,试验组(n=38)的总有效率为94.73%,显效率为42.10%,而对照组(n=42)的总有效率为85.00%,显效率为27.50%,两组间治疗总有效率、显效率比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乙酰谷酰胺、甘露醇联合应用治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe acetyl glutamine,mannitol treatment of combined the efficacy of cervical vertigo.Methods:A randomized,parallel controlled trial,78 cases of cervical vertigo patients were divided into 2 groups,control group,40 cases of compound Danshen tablets 2 tablets 3 times a day orally.Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 5-10 mg,night one time oral,intravenous infusion of inosine injection.Experimental group of 38 patients in the control group based on the addition of acetyl-glutamine,mannitol infusion therapy,treatment lasted for 1 week.Comparison of two clinical efficacy.Results:1 week after treatment,the experimental group(n=38) of the total effective rate of 94.73%,markedly effective rate of 42.10%,while the control group(n=42) of the total effective rate of 85.00%,markedly effective rate of 27.50%,total treatment between the two groups efficient,effective rate was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acetyl-glutamine,mannitol treatment of cervical vertigo in combination is safely and reliablly.更多还原
