【摘要】 目的:探讨自拟中药汤加减对男性更年期综合征患者临床症状的影响。方法:64例男性更年期综合征患者随机平分为两组,治疗组给予自拟中药汤加减治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组有效率为90.6%,对照组有效率为68.8%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<O.05)。治疗后,治疗组PADAM总评分与2个项目评分都明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤加减对男性更年期综合征患者临床症状影响好,疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on male climacteric syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms.Methods:64 male climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treatment of self control group received conventional therapy.Results:Effective rate of treatment group was 90.6%,control group was 68.8%,the efficiency difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate in treatment group was lower than control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group the total score and 2 PADAM scores were significantly lower than the project control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The self decoction of Chinese medicine has a good effect of clinical symptoms of male menopause,a significant effect,less side effects and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
