【摘要】 采用文献资料调研、问卷调查等方法对城市新生代农民工的基本情况及其参与休闲体育的认知、动机、行为内容等方面进行研究,并对其影响参与的因素进行分析。研究表明,上海市新生代农民工受教育程度主要集中在初中或高中文化水平上,每天工作时间8～12h,休闲方式有向消费性转变的趋势;参与休闲体育的项目除了传统项目外,还参加一些新兴体育项目,在参与项目方面渐渐城市化。影响新生代农民工参与休闲体育的个人内部因素主要是受教育程度与体育意识问题,自身经济条件和心理困境;外部环境因素主要是工作时间长,强度大;场地器材的匮乏;组织化程度低,缺乏指导;法规保障不健全等。建议:加强农村学校的体育教育;建立相应的规章、制度或法律来确保农民工参与体育活动的权利;在全社会范围内进行广泛舆论宣传,消除对农民工的歧视;兴建和开放更多的适合农民工参与的体育场所、设施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through using the method of literature review and questionnaires,this paper makes analysis on basic condition,participation in recreational sports cognition,motivation,content and other aspects of behavior of second generation of migrant workers,and its impact analysis of the factors involved.The result shows that the educational level of generation of migrant workers in Shanghai focused on middle school or high school level,the daily working hour is 8～12h,leisure have to change the trend of consumer characteristics;participation in leisure sports events in addition to traditional event,also participated in some of the emerging sports,getting involved in events of urbanization.The individual internal factor influencing new generation of migrant workers participation in leisure sports is the educational level and sport awareness.Their own economic conditions;psychological difficulties;external environmental factors,mainly for working long hours,intensity;the lack of venues and equipment;the low level of organization Lack of guidance;and regulations to protect imperfect.Recommendations:To strengthen physical education in rural schools;establish appropriate rules and regulations or laws to ensure the right of migrant workers to participate in sports activities;in the whole society within the wide range of public opinion and propaganda,to eliminate discrimination against migrant workers;to build and open more sports venues and facilities for migrant workers.更多还原
