【摘要】 体育场(馆)的运营绩效不仅关系着区域体育经济的振兴和我国体育事业的发展,而且对于优化配置体育资源和广泛开展体育传播具有重要的作用。由于体育场(馆)的空间多样性和复杂性特征,其绩效管理问题一直是影响和制约其有效运营的瓶颈。尽管研究者已经从多个方面对体育场(馆)问题进行了剖析,提出了许多有价值的观点,但尚未建立起有效的绩效评价体系。针对体育场(馆)运营绩效的有效性评价缺失,以体育场(馆)运营绩效评价为目标,引入平衡计分卡的财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与成长4个维度,分析和建立体育场(馆)运营绩效评价的指标体系和评价模型,并结合实际数据进行算例评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Operational excellence of sports venues is not only related with regional sports economic revitalization and the development of Chinese sports,but also conducts to optimal allocation of sports resources and extensively carry out sports communication(SC).Because of space diversity and complexity feature of sports venues,the operational excellence management is always a bottleneck influencing and restricting their effective operation.Although many researchers have analyzed the constraints of sports venues’ business from many aspects and a lot of valuable views are given,but the effective operational excellence evaluation system has not been built.Aiming to solve the problem of effective evaluation on operational excellence of sports venues,this paper builds an evaluation system including index system and model system for sports venues’ operational excellence from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard(BSC) including finance,customer,internal processes,learning and growth.更多还原
