【摘要】 采用文献资料调研、数理统计等方法,对2010年第19届世界杯足球赛决赛阶段不同位置运动员的跑动特征进行研究。结果发现,不同位置运动员在跑动距离、有球和无球跑动距离、不同强度跑动时间以及最大跑动速度方面存在显著性差异。建议根据运动员场上位置、角色的不同,采取相应的体能训练方法与手段,以提高体能训练的科学性和针对性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristics of running distance covered by players in different position in 2010 South Africa World Cup football match with the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics.The result shows that there is significant difference among the players of different positions in distance covered,distance covered in ball possession without ball possession,moving time of different intensity and top speed.It suggests that coaches should adopt the corresponding training measures and methods according to difference position in the field in order to enhance the physical training scientifically.更多还原
