肉桂超临界萃取物成分的GC-MS分析
Analysis of cinnamon oil extracted by supercritical fluid
【摘要】 通过CO2超临界萃取法提取肉桂萃取物,在萃取温度为55℃,萃取时间为2 h,CO2的流量为10 kg/h,萃取压力为20 MPa条件下,测得萃取物的收率为9.3%。利用GC/MS分析对萃取物进行分析,共得到36种化学物质,其中肉桂醛含量为72.81%。
【Abstract】 In this work,cinnamon is extracted by Supercritical fluid extraction.In extracting temperature for 55 ℃,extraction time for 2 hours,CO2 flow for 10 kg/h,stress conditions for 20 MPa,the yield of volatile respectively 9.3 %.By GC/MS analysis,total volatile chemicals got 36,cinnamaldehyde content for 72.81%.
