祛斑乳膏的研制及对黄褐斑的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:研制祛斑乳膏,观察对黄褐斑的疗效。方法:以维甲酸(0.05%),氢醌(4%),曲安缩松(0.1%),维生素E(0.3%)为主要成分制备祛斑乳膏,以此为治疗药物,4%氢醌乳膏为对照药物,观察对黄褐斑的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率85%,对照组总有效率60%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛斑乳膏性质稳定,质控方法可行,治疗黄褐斑疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectile:To study the Quban emulsion,for the clinic with chloasma cure.Methods:The emulsion was prepared using Retinoic Acid(0.05%)Hydroquinone(4%)Triamcinolone(0.1%)Acetonide Vitamine E(0.3%)as emulsifier.and it was used for patients with chloasma.and the Hydroquinone(4%)emulsion was the control drug.and observe therapeutic effect on chloasma of Quban emulsion.Results:The total effective rates for the trial group and the control group were 85% and 60%,respectively,showing significances between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The emulision have good stability,its Quality can be controlled and therapeutic effect on chloasma is satisfactory.更多还原
