复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将86例慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组,每组43例。治疗组口服复方甘草酸苷片,3次/日,2片/次;对照组口服西替利嗪片,1次/日,10mg/次。两组均外用糠酸莫米松软膏,2次/日,连续治疗4周。结果:治疗组治愈率为53.49%,显效率为34.88%,进步率为11.63%,无效率为0,有效率为88.37%;而对照组治愈率为39.53%,显效率为25.58%,进步率为27.91%,无效率为6.98%,有效率为65.12%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0396,P<0.05),两组均无明显不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性湿疹安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate clinical effect and safety compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment patients with chronic eczema.Methods:86 cases chronic eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 43 cases.Treatment group was treated with glycyrrhizin tablets,The control group was treated with cetirizine tablets.Both groups were topical mometasone furoate ointment,twice daily for 4 consecutive weeks.Results:Treatment group cure rate was 53.49%,Effective rate 88.37%;Control group cure rate was 39.53%,Effective rate 65.12%.The therapeutic effect was significantly.Conclusion:This investigation indicates that compound glycyrrhizin tablet is an efficacy drug in the treatment of patient with chronic eczema.更多还原
