高血压脑出血148例规范化治疗体会

【摘要】 目的:探讨对不同部位高血压脑出血的规范化治疗,如何取得最好治疗效果。方法:近4年来开展高血压脑出血患者148例,回顾性分析规范化治疗情况。结果:148例根据出血部位和患者情况采用大骨瓣手术、小骨窗手术和钻孔引流手术;本组患者中死亡22例,存活126例;存活ADL分级:Ⅰ级21例,Ⅱ级17例,Ⅲ级54例,Ⅳ级23,Ⅴ级11例。结论:高血压脑出血病例手术介入应超早期;手术效果明显的以脑室出血和小脑半球出血为最佳;规范化治疗可以降低致残率,提高生活质量应是神经外科手术基本原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the different parts of the standardized treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and how to obtain the best therapeutic effect.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our department to carry out the last 4 years,148 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage standardized treatments.Results:According to the results of 148 cases of bleeding and the patient’s condition using a large bone surgery,small bone window surgery and surgical drainage holes;used in cases of death in 22 cases,126 cases of survival;cases,survival ADL classification:Ⅰ grade 21 cases,Ⅱ grade 17cases,Ⅲ grade 54 cases,Ⅳ grade 23,Ⅴ grade 11 cases.Conclusion:cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage early surgical intervention should be over;significant effect of surgery with intraventricular hemorrhage and cerebellar hemisphere hemorrhage is the best;standard treatment for reducing disability,improving quality of life should be the basic principles of neurosurgery.更多还原
