曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭58例临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察和探讨曲美他嗪(万爽力)治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:CHF患者58例,随机分为曲美他嗪治疗组(观察组)29例、常规治疗组(对照组)29例。曲美他嗪组在常规治疗组基础上加用曲美他嗪,治疗3个月后观察两组临床心功能和超声心动图的改变情况。结果:曲美他嗪组心功能改善总有效率93.1%,常规治疗组心功能改善总有效率72.4%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪治疗CHF患者疗效显著,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe and probe the clinical effects of the trimetazidine(Vasorel)in the treatment of the chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:CHF patients,total 58 cases are randomly divided into trimetazidine group(observation group)29 cases and routine treatment group(control group)29 cases.The trimetazidine group uses the additional trimetazidine comparing with the routine treatment group and then observes the change to cardiac function and ultrasonic cardiogram after the three months’ treatment.Results:The general effective rate is 93.1% for trimetazidine in improving the cardiac function and 72.4% for the routine treatment group,there have significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:It is effective for treating patient by using trimetazidine and no obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
