耻骨上膀胱前列腺摘除术后大出血的原因与护理对策

【摘要】 目的:探讨耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术后出的原因与护理措施。方法:通过131例开放性前列腺手术的病例统计分析,对其中17例拔管后大出血患者的治疗及护理进行研究,以得出合理的护理措施。结果:耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术后,过早拔管是引起大出血的主要原因,同时便秘和过早下地活动也是原因之一。结论:出血后必须重新置管冲洗引流,并给予相应的护理措施,方能彻底止血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The present study aims to investigate the causes and nursing measures of suprapubic prostatectomy.Methods:Through statistical analysis of 131 patients with open prostate surgery,of which 17 cases of hemorrhage after extubation treatment were studied to draw reasonable care measures.Conclusion:suprapubic prostatectomy,early extubation is the main cause of bleeding,and early constipationambulation is also one of the reasons;Hemorrhage must re-flushed catheter drainage,and appropriate nursing care must be given before the bleeding,being completely stopped.更多还原
