上颌前部骨内埋伏多生牙的定位与手术治疗分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨上颌骨内埋伏多生牙的定位与手术治疗方法。方法:148例门诊患者通过临床检查结合定位X线牙片来分析判断埋伏牙的具体位置,选择正确的手术治疗方法。结果:148例患者经术前正确定位,95例位于腭侧,27例位于唇侧,26例位于牙列中,与术中所见一致,无损伤邻牙及伤口感染等并发症发生。结论:通过定位X线牙片对埋伏多生牙进行定位,是一种简便易行的方法,便于选好手术进路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the approach of the location and operative treatment of embedded supernumeraryteeth.Methods:148 cases of embedded teeth were collected.The tooth radiogram combined with clinical exami nation was applied to localize the embedded teeth.According to condition and position of the teeth,the operative approach was designed to ext ract the teeth.Results:148 cases were classified as 95 palate side cases,27 lipside cases and 26 dentition cases,which was identical to the operative findings.There was no serious complications such as injury in adjacent teeth and wound infection occurred.Conclusion:Tooth radiogram is a simple and feasibe technique for location of embedder supernumerary teeth and selecting correct operativeap proach.更多还原
