白内障青光眼联合手术的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨白内障青光眼联合手术治疗青光眼白内障的临床疗效。方法:对41例71眼青光眼患者行白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后视力测试结果:41例71眼中视力在>1.0者5眼(7.0%);0.5～0.8者56眼(78.9%);0.3～0.5者5眼(7.0%);0.1～0.3者2眼(2.8%);0.02～0.1者3眼(4.2%)。所有患者的视力均明显改善,视力大大提高,0.02～0.1者3眼中均是老年人,视力恢复欠佳,这也许与老年人视网膜功能老化有关系。41例71眼术后经过随访,眼压较为稳定,大多维持在12.1～20.5mmHg,随访期间眼压均控制良好。均未发生角膜失代偿、滤过泡损伤、视网膜脱离、晶状体后囊破裂等严重并发症。结论:青光眼白内障联合手治疗青光眼白内障疗效确切,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the cataract surgery for glaucoma cataract glaucoma joint of the clinical curative effect.Methods:To collect from January 2006 to February 2011,41 cases of 71 eyes glaucoma phacoemulsification cataract did trabeculectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:visual acuity test results 41 patients with 71 eyes >1.0 in the vision,5 eyes(7.0%);The 0.5～0.8 56 eyes(78.9%);The 0.3～0.5,5 eyes(7.0%);The 0.1～0.3 2 eyes(2.8%);The 0.02～0.1 3 eyes(4.2%).All of the patients were markedly improved vision,vision greatly improved,0.02～0.1 3 eyes all the old people are poor and the visual acuity,this may and old function are related.Aging retina 41 patients(71 eyes postoperative follow-up after,more stable,mostly maintain intraocular pressure(12.1～20.5mmHg),the follow-up period good intraocular pressure control.All did not happen corneal decompensated,filtering bleb injury,retinal detachment,posterior capsule rupture and severe complications.Conclusions:cataract joint hands treatment for glaucoma glaucoma cataract symptoms,and less complications,and clinical application.更多还原
