急性扁桃腺炎合并精神、神经症状46例临床分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨急性扁桃腺炎合并神经、精神症状病人的临床表现及可能发生机制。方法:对46例患者的临床表现,实验室资料以及治疗转归情况进行回顾性分析。结果:急性扁桃体病人可合并肢体癔症样搐搦、紧张,恐惧等神经、精神症状,扁桃腺炎症状可在症状群前或后出现。结论:年轻患者出现肢体癔症样搐搦、紧张,恐惧,气促等神经、精神症状,须检查扁桃腺以排除急性扁桃腺炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate acute tonsillitis with neurological and psychiatric symptoms,such as hysteria-like limb convulsions,spirit of high tension with fear,and so on,in order to further study on its etiology and pathogenesis.Methods:46 confirmed patients.We attached importance to past medical history,targeted diagnosis and treatment.Results:After a special treatment patients were cured in 5-10 days.Conclusion:Acute tonsillitis complicated by neurological and psychiatric symptoms of convulsions,shortness of breath,anxiety and fear,may be a new disease we have not yet found,should be further study of its pathogenesis,in order to direct its clinical diagnosis and treatment,and to prevent misdiagnosis.更多还原
