早期应用胰岛素治疗初诊2型糖尿病对β细胞功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨早期应用胰岛素治疗初诊2型糖尿病对其胰岛功能的影响。方法:选择150例初诊首次治疗的2型糖尿病患者,随机分配到胰岛素治疗组和口服降糖药治疗组,半年后分析比较两组治疗前后BMI、FBG、PBG、HbA1c、空腹C肽和餐后2小时C肽。结果:胰岛素治疗组胰岛功能有较大改善,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:2型糖尿病早期应用胰岛素治疗有助于其β细胞分泌功能的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the application of early insulin therapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes for their insulin function.Methods:Choice of treatment for the first time 150 cases of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly assigned to insulin in the treatment group and the oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment group,Six months later compared the two groups before and after treatment FBG,PBG,HbA1c,fasting and postprandial C-peptide C-peptide.Results:Insulin secretion of insulin in the treatment group have been greatly improved,there are significant statistical significance (P<0005).Conclusion:Type 2 diabetes early use of insulin therapy will help the β cells function.更多还原
