经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生术后近期并发症分析

【摘要】 目的:观察经尿道等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生术后近期并发症的疗效。方法:对采用PKRP治疗前列腺增生216例患者的临床资料进行了分析。结果:近期出血7.4%(16/216),膀胱痉挛17.6%(38/216),术后暂时性尿失禁4.6%(10/216),排尿困难3.2%(7/216),急性附睾炎2.3%(5/216)。结论:PKRP是治疗BPH安全有效的方法,术前详细采集病史、术中正确操作及术后有效处理可有效减少手术并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Analyze the management early postoperative complications of transurethral plasmakinetic resection prostate.Methods:retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 216 patients with BPH who were treated PKRP.Results:Bleeding 7.4%,bladder spasm 17.6%,transient incontinence 4.6%,dysuresia 3.2%,acute epididymitis 2.3%.Conclusion:PKRP are safe and effective surgical treatment methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia.intraoperative correct operation and postoperative patients treatment can effectively reduce surgical complications.更多还原
