克林澳对2型糖尿病患者体感及脑干听觉诱电位的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究克林澳对2型糖尿病患者体感及脑干听觉诱电位影响。方法:将56例2型糖尿痛患者随机分两组,治疗组克林澳+基础治疗组,对照组:基出治疗组,1个疗程后检测体感及脑干听觉诱电位。结果:治疗组:克林澳可缩短2型糖尿病患者体感诱发电位N13及N20峰潜伏期,可缩短脑干听觉诱电位的部分峰间潜伏期,明显缩短中枢传导时间。结论:克林澳明显改善2型糖尿病患者的中枢神经机能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Kelin Australia on sensory evoked potential (SEP) and brain stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) among patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Fifty-six cases of Type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group (treated with Kelin Australia and basic treatment) and control group (basic treament),SEP and BAEP were recorded after a treatment period.Results:Peak latency of N 13 and N 20 and parts of internal peak latency in BAEP can be shorten by Kelin Australia,the conduction time of central nerve is shorten obviously.Conclusion:Kelin Australia could effectively protect and accommo-date the central neurological function in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.更多还原
