长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:观察长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的临床疗效。方法:120例DNP患者随机分为对照组60例,给予甲钴胺胶囊0·5mg/次,3次/日;治疗组60例给予甲钴胺胶囊0·5mg/次,3次/日,长春西汀20mg,1次/小时;疗程8周。结果:治疗组症状疗效的总有效率(86·66%)明显优于对照组(58·33%),P<0·05;正中神经,腓总神经的SNCV和MNCV的改善,治疗组也优于对照组对(P<0·05)。结论:长春西汀联合甲钴胺胶囊治疗DNP对症状和体征均有良好的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To invetigate the curative effect of vinpocetion and mecobalamine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Totally 120 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group(n=60),treated with mecobalamine capsule 0.5mg/tid;treatment group(n=60)treated with mecobalamine capsule 0.5mg/tid and vinpocetion 20mg/q1h;course of the treatment for 8weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the effectivness in treatment group(86.66%) was significantly superior to the control group(58.33%),P<0.05;So was the improvement of SNCV and MNCV in median nerve and common peroneal nerve(P<0.05).Conclusion:As mecobalamine linked a methyl could participate in the methylation and the metabolization of nucleic acid,protein and lipid,that could speed up the nerve conduction;Vinpocetion could improve the microcirculation,expand the vessel and protect the neural cells.So vinpocetion and mecobalamine had a good effet on improving the symbol and sign in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.更多还原
