老年脑梗死复发临床危险因素分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨老年复发脑梗死的危险因素。方法:对84例复发脑梗死患者和204例初发脑梗死患者的高血压、高血糖、高血脂、冠心病指标进行综合分析。结果:老年复发脑梗死4种危险因素明显高于首发者。结论:避免和控制危险因素,提高综合防治水平,是减少老年脑梗死复发的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach recurring risk factor of cerebral infarction in old ages.Method:Aggregate analysis index of hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipemia and coronary artery disease in 84 patients of recurring cerebral infarction and 204 patients of incipient cerebral infarction.Results:Recurring risk factor of cerebral infarction in old ages are obviously higher than patients of incipient cerebral infarction.Conclusion:Avoiding and controlling risk factors and elevating integrated control are key point to reduce recurrence of elder cerebral infarction.更多还原
