急性脑梗死心电图改变的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨急性脑梗死与其心电图改变的相互关系。方法:通过对219例急性脑梗死患者心电图检查观察并加以分析。结果:急性脑梗死出现心电图异常率高,主要表现ST-T改变左室高电压及各种心律失常。心电图异常与病情轻重及预后密切相关。结论:心电图改变对急性脑梗死患者病情判断、指导治疗和估计预后密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach interrelation between acute cerbral infarction and change of electrocardiogram.Method:Analyzing ECG of 219 patients suffering from acute cerbral infarction.Results:Many patients suffering from acute cerbral infarction have great change in ECG and it mainly show in ST-T,high tension of left ventricle and various kinds of cardiac arrhythmia.There is relationship between ECG and prognosis.Conclusion:Change of ECG has considerable significance in judging pathogenetic condition,directing treatment and estimateing prognosis.更多还原
