稀释式自体输血在外科手术中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨稀释式自身输血(HAT)在外科手术应用中的有效性和可行性。方法:选择使用HAT的60例外科择期手术病例为治疗组;使用异体输血法的70例外科手术病例为对照组。记录2组患者术中接受不同输血治疗的情况,对其输血前后的免疫功能指标和血常规指标变化进行统计分析。结果:HAT能避免和减少输用异体血液;治疗组无输血不良反应;免疫功能指标和免疫球蛋白变化:在治疗组输血前后差异无显著性(P>0.05);对照组的差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血常规指标变化两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:HAT应用于外科手术中是安全有效和可行的,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the validity and feasibility of hemodilutional autotransfusion in surgical operation.Methods:60cases using HAT as the treatment group,60 cases using xenogenous blood transfusion as thecontrol group.The situation and immunity function index and blood routine of the two groupswere analysed.Results:HAT could avoid and decrease the xenogenous blood transfusion.There was no side effectof blood transfusion in treatment group.There was no difference in immunity function index and immunity globulinof treatment group before and after blood transfusion(P>0.05) while the difference in control group was significance(P<0.05).The difference in immunity function index and immunity globulin between two groups was significance(P<0.05).The difference in blood routine between two groups wasn’t significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:HAT is safe,feasible,available in surgical operation and should be popularized.更多还原
