肛管直肠损伤诊断治疗体会

【摘要】 目的:探讨肛管直肠损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性总结收治的肛管直肠损伤21例。21例均行手术治疗。结果:行直肠损伤修补。转流性结肠造瘘13例,单纯修补肠壁。骶前引流4例,肛管会阴部清创缝合。局部引流4例。治愈20例,死亡1例。结论:及时正确的诊断和早期清创。修补破损。粪便转流及局部引流是提高肛管直肠损伤疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal injuries.Methods:twenty-one cases with anorectal injuries from Jan.2000 to Aug.2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:twenty-one cases underwent surgical operation according to the patient harm circumstance.twenty cases were cured,one cases died.Conclusions:The correct early diagnosis and maoagerent in time are key to improve curative effect of anorectal injuries.更多还原
