酚妥拉明联合多巴胺治疗难治性心力衰竭疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨酚妥拉明联合多巴胺在在难治性心力衰竭治疗中的临床疗效。方法:68例难治性心力衰竭患者,在吸氧、强心剂、利尿剂等常规治疗方法的基础上,随机分为两组,酚妥拉明联合多巴胺组(观察组)34例,常规治疗组(对照组)34例,治疗前后患者评估两组疗效,心率、超声心动图、收缩压、舒张压、LVDS及LVDD等心功能指标变化。结果:酚妥拉明并多巴胺观察组显效、总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组治疗后,各心功能指标均得到显著改善,与治疗前相比,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:酚妥拉明联合多巴胺治疗难治性心力衰竭具有一定的协同效果,可改善心肌收缩能力,减轻心脏负荷,且不会增加不良反应,具有较好应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect of using phentolamine and dopamine in Refractory heart failure.Methods 68 patients with Refractory heart failure,treated by conventional treatment methods such asoxygen,digitalis,diuretics and other methods,were randomly divided into two groups:phentolamine with dopamine in 34 cases(observation group),and normal treatment group in 34 cases(control group).Assessed the therapeutic effect in patients before and after treatment such as heart rate,echocardiography,cardiac systolic and diastolic blood pressure,LVDS,LVDD and other indicators in cardiac function.Results The effective rate and the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05)than those of control group;The cardiac function parameters in combined treatment group were significantly improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Phentolamine combined with dopamine in the treatment of Refractory heart failure has a synergistic effect which can improve myocardial contractility and reduce cardiac stress,and will not increase the side effects.更多还原
