经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后出血的诊治研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后出血原因,以便为临床治疗提供帮助。方法:对2006年9月～2010年9月行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后出血15例患者出血原因进行回顾性分析。结果:出血原因包括术前、术中、术后3方面因素,15例患者经加大冲洗速度、牵引力度及膀胱镜下再次止血等处理后,止血效果理想。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后出血原因是多方面的,术前、术中、术后及时准确处理是减少术后出血的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore cause and treatment bleeding after transurethral plasmakinetic resection prostate.Methods:Clinical data 15 patients who received PKRP from September 2006 September 2010 hospital were reviewed.Results:Preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative factors confirmed perioperative bleeding,Management bleeding include increasing flushing speed,increasing traction power coagulating bleeding vessels under cystoscope.15 patients achieved well controle bleeding.Conclusions:Causes bleeding after transurethral plasmakinetic resection prostate heterogenous appropriate management have satisefactary outcomes.更多还原
